North this year will be at the end of the joint Hope Church/Whiteinch mission school week.  We really want to encourage you all to come along as its a really great opportunity to worship and hear from God, receive some fab teaching, catch a glimpse of what is happening in New Frontiers in the North of the UK and get to know each other better. 

This years theme reflects our call to be caught up in God's great ission to the Nations. God promised Abraham that all the peoples of the earth would be blessed through him - the New Testament affirms that this promise is fulfulled through Jesus.

"Now we are the inheritors of this great commission - to go into the world with the good news of Jesus!"

The nations are not just foreign countries but every community at home and abroad that does not have a living testimony to Jesus - that is a local Church full of His Holy Spirit reaching out to everyone.

So come and join us at North 2010... come and worship Jesus in Spirit and Truth... come and hear great apostilic teaching from our dear friend Terry Virgo... but most of all come and receive God's empower presence to propel us on His great mission - from the North to the Nations!

TERRY AND WENDY VIRGO

Terry is based at Church of Christ the King, Brighton, UK and is the founder and leader of Newfrontiers. A well-known bible teacher, Terry speaks at conferences around the wrold. He has written several books including No Well-Worn Paths, God's Lavish Grace, The Tide is Turning, and his latest, God knows you're Human.

Wendy travels widely with Terry and is a popular speaker both in the UK and internationally. All their 5 children are married and they have an ever-increasing number of grandchildren! Wendy has written several books, including her latest Influential Women. Her sutdy book based on Titus Chaser 2, fomerly titled Mainly for Mothers, is now reprinted as Life Issues.

We are thrilled to have some great musicians in the North, people that can lead us into the presence of God. Matt Weedall will again be building a worship band from around teh North to serve us as they have done so excellently in previous years.
